Service is slow there is people waiting for more than 3-4 hours while there no one getting assistance inside, doctor gives horrible detections on what has to get tested and had me and my daughter wait 1 hour to tell us that we didn't do the x-ray when she clearly never said to go to Radiology only labs .
The lady at check-in was on the phone while checking me in around 7PM on 10/21. I could hear her mumbling words as I was checking in and thought she was talking to herself. However, as I finished checking-in and sat down in the waiting room, I came to realize she was on the phone with somebody-- it was definitely not a work related call. I did not appreciate this as I was giving her my medical record number and my full name. This goes against patient privacy rights.
Had a terrible experience with Hina Jamil Mian. Waited an hour to be seen for ear pain and a mass because my gyno is booked up for a month. She was very rude and dismissive basically told me theres nothing wrong with my ear. When she examined me with the speculum she used no lube and was very rough, i asked if it was cancer and she rudely said im not a gyno so i dont know. Worst UC ever…We visited this location with my 5 years old son due to respiratory issues.The Nurse Practitioner was very rude and unprofessional.In the past visits we were also helped by the same rude and annoyed NP. We finally saw a provider the exam was rushed and dismissive.No tests or chest X-ray were done.This kind of care is careless and dangerous.Will definitely change my provider.I hope they take feedback seriously because patients deserve better.
