Great experience here. I scheduled a time slot online earlier in the day, so didn't have to wait very long upon arrival. Dr. Yee was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything very clearly. The staff were also kind and good at communicating each step in care and wait time expectations. A great urgent care option!
Loved the doctor and most of the medical staff that helped me today, but I hate EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BUILDING AND IT’S LAYOUT!! Why would you put Urgent Care in the front of the building but NOT THE URGENT CARE FRONT DESK AT THE ENTRANCE?!?! WHY?!?! The girl at the front was somewhat patient but I saw the “why do I have to help this moron who can’t read signs” look on her that made my blood boil for a second until I realized it wasn’t my personal fault when a half dozen patient did the exact same thing after I did!!! They are helping a lot of people here. I had a bit of an eye infection. I was in and out and got some antibiotics within an hour. Thank you everyone. And thank you Tyler Mohr PA in particular!
