Urgent care 6 hours waiting time to see a doctor for chest pain…. Worst Kaiser urgent care ever first time in this Kaiser and will be my last time
There is nowhere to stop and pick up their patients. The moment we stop at the round about security comes in and kicks you out. They need to tell their patients to walk out the street to get packed up
The last thing they care is the patient. Let me save you some time; Do not go to this urgent care it is like a slaughter house. I had to go there 3 times in the last two weeks and every time was worse than the last time!
Took our 6yo daughter there last night. Everyone was wonderful, nice and caring. Everything was clean. And we got seen and helped quickly. Thank you so much!
I didn't come to urgent care to be passive aggressively judged by a doctor for things I can't do because of my chronic pain, but I guess that's what Dr. Chase thinks I came there for. Anything I said was in one ear and out the other, I'm pretty sure she had decided what must be wrong with me before she even entered the room with how much what I said seemed to matter, repeating things I had already said were NOT the case like I was a 5 year old who doesn't understand anything.
