Everyone was so kind, fast and caring even when facing a few small issues that were no big deal. I was able to come in, get my health issues fixed with care by a male doctor. Which I always am hesitant to recieve considering many male doctors have hurt me, harrass me and belittle me. The male doctor I recieved was sweet, kind and caring and took good care of me the whole time during the procedure. I was very grateful!
Kaiser Mt Talbert urgent care. The wait was a little long but well worth it. Phsycian was excellent and thorough. Ordered tests were completed quickly and I feel I got the best care possible.
I have always had very good experiences at this urgent care. Wait times can be long, but they let you leave and will text you when it gets close to being time to be see.
Left me in my room for almost an hour while I was in severe pain. Took the nurses 6 pokes with needles to simply get a vain in my arm before they finally decided to get the ultrasound equipment to see my veins. I went to go get my abscesses removed but ended up spending 4 hours waiting, getting a vein to show for my antibiotics. The staff doesn’t care about its patients and I’ll be finding a new hospital because this isn’t my first bad experience here.
