Dr. Osama Mohamed, MD of family medicine, 43112 15th, st. W. Lancaster CA, 93534 was the Doctor that attended to me always with his nurse, both are wonderful people and their attitudes to work are second to none. Dr. Mohamed is a dedicated medical provider who cares for his patients very well. We are grateful to him for his attitude towards making sure we were treated very well before we live his office. Very disappointed with service, the triage provider was dismissive and lacked professionalism as she said "you can do what you want" and telling me that I was fine, dismissing my medical concers while not actually listening to me as she said I needed to wait up to 4 hours to be seen by a doctor even thought there were at least 8 doctors available. The urgent care at Kaiser has a typical wait time of 3-5 hours before you are seen. The medical professionals we have seen there have been 2 good to 5 bad. The professional with shaky hands like Parkinson's should never have been in charge of stitches or wound care. He over-glued my hubby's wound so it never healed right because he got glue inside the wound. Even with a positive d-dimer, they never ordered ultrasound of my legs so they missed my 4 blood clots for over 6 months and it was a new hired nurse practitioner who fi... read more
