Staff is friendly, helpful and keeps their cool even though place is always crowded and some of us patients can be rude (usually bec. we're not feeling well )
Urgent care has come a long way. Glad to see it is no longer 4+ hours of wait time. Best to still call and try to make an appointment.
Went to urgent care on a Saturday morning. Wait was about 15 to 20 minutes to get in to the exam area, the nurse did vitals and wait about 10 minutes for the doctor.
