If I could give negative stars I would. The most horrible experience ever. Waited for 3.5 hours and never got seen, they kept saying 2 more people ahead of you for 2 hours. Not sure what's worse, AV hospital or Kaiser now.
This place is not equipped to support expecting mothers experiencing complications. Came in at 17 weeks pregnant with cramping, high risk pregnancy. I was told they could only use a doppler to check for HR. The nurse didnt know how to use it and found my HR instead. The doctor told her to try again because 100bpm is not normal for fetal HR. I didnt trust that nurse after that and requested an ultrasound which the doctor then responded that they or ER wouldn't do so I felt like they weren't taking my situation seriously.
