Friendly staff the services was very fast.
We came in the morning hours. NP Kim was our provider and she was fantastic. She listened to everything my husband said. She then sent us to do further imaging. I was worried that we would be brushed off. But Kim did the complete opposite.
Staff were so nice !! I felt so comfortable & my service was quick !!
I was happy with the care that I received, however, the provider subsequently refused to fill out a one-page travel insurance form I had that would have allowed me to receive an $800 refund for reservations I had to cancel due to my illness. I was told that they were not allowed to fill out any forms unless they were MU forms. I suppose that was not the fault of the provider, however, it seemed quite unreasonable to me. All that was required was documentation that I had been examined and been found to be ill.
Called and was immediately placed on hold like I was calling Pizza Hut. Then the lady who gets in the phone cuts me off before I can even finish my question. I understand short-staffed but being flat out rude and cutting someone off... unnecessary!!!
