This is our go-to urgentcare. I will say I've experienced short and long wait times over the years, but every single time they've been professional, understanding and kind. As a mom with little kids and a pediatrician that books up so quickly, this urgentcare takes care of our family. Recently had cut my leg open with glass. I decided to use the urgent care instead of the ER and glad I did. From the front office staff who was caring and attentive to my needs for the checking in process to the wait which was not long. I Had stitches placed and 14 days later removed. The RN Kaylee Burkhart was amazing. She was funny, caring, gental to the touch when triaging my wound and removing my 6 WV sutures. The short male doctor i saw was worthless. I came in for swelling of lip, and he didn't even check it. I stated it hurts when press on nose, nothing. This morning woke up with whole left face swollen. Waste of money. Literally was told "I can't tell what it is" of course not, you barely checked. Go elsewhere
