This was my first visit to an Urgent Care Facility , I scheduled online in advance, I only waited a short time after I arrived to be seen. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, I had to follow up in 48hrs and it too went very smoothly.
Everyone involved was welcoming, courteous and attentive, from the front desk to the provider.
I had cut my finger badly and UW Ravenna’s Urgent Care was excellent!
