I had a wonderful experience at Wellstar Urgent Care. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was fantastic—kind, professional, and very friendly. The entire process was quick and efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would not hesitate to return if needed.
Dr is GREAT/Fantastic. Coming from me that is HUGE! I do not trust DRS!!!! Nurses are GREAT! Wait time is long most likely because I was there first thing in the morning. first patient, and they had to call the staff in as they needed them. My guess based on the only logical conclusion for long wait time! Hence the four stars not five. I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks for a caring Dr and most (not all) the staff. The x-ray tech had zero personality I tend to joke when in pain and she was lets just say dull! ********... read more
I had injured my left toenail which caused pain and bleeding and the staff was able to drain it and bandage my nail to my great relief and satisfaction
