This is the best UW Medicine I’ve been to! I wish I caught the name of the receptionist as she was wonderful. Alex, the provider I saw and Genesis, the nurse who brought me back, were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I never felt rushed, but heard and cared for. They gave me several options and recommendations to assist me. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure my health matter was taken care of. Very appreciative and UW is lucky to have such wonderful people working there!!
Thank you for a very professional care. You took time to listen to my problem, took time to examine my shoulder and went over xrays and treatment approach. In todays world where doctors just care about billing insurance and hurrying up to the next patience, they forget to listen and take time to examine the patient. if you send them a message on EC they do not respond for days if they do respond someone in the office secretary janitor not sure who responds to that email and doesn’t give you any direction When they said they were going to fax a requisition for some labs, they never did try to get back to them. They never answer. You cannot call them on the phone. They will not let you be connected to the people who work there. Today was the best experience here ever. All the staff, including the security guard were so nice! The nurse who saw me was so sweet and calming. The doctor was so down to earth and thorough. The lab was able to find my vain on the first try! That never happens to me!
