The doctors are great. I ended up having to go somewhere else due to the front desk being unhelpful and rude a lot of the time. I also gave them some important medical records, which they lost and it never ended up in my chart. 0/5 start for front desk. I tried to give them another chance when they moved to a new ownership, no difference.
I had a very disappointing experience here on Christmas Eve while seeking urgent care. I have private insurance (BCBS PPO) that covers urgent care visits, yet I was told at the front desk that I needed to pay $250 upfront because my insurance was “out of network” and my deductible hadn’t been met. I am still waiting after 3 days for results of stat tests from urgent care! It took several messages for someone to call me back and tell me I could only get my results from urgent care, and they were closed! I was told to call back the next day because they were switching computer systems!
