As of Monday April 3, 2023 there is no longer urgent care. I don’t know how long this has been but it is the third time I’ve come and there was no urgent care but this time it being a permanent decision. You now have to be seen at the location near Castle Hill and that place is a nightmare in itself.
No doctors
Patient was not check for her condition. Doctor dismissed her complaint and said she phycocamatic. Didn't check her bed bug bites or whatever insects bit her.
Very rude and disrespecful nurse it seems that the place care more about their Protocols then care of their Patients health .
Usually go to this location,never had a bad experience until today. First time going on a Sunday and the provider was horrible. Seemed like she was rushing her patients out and was very rude. Provider Mitzie Frances.
