Concerns address straight away
Made an appointment online around 7:30 this morning for 3:34 pm visit. Arrived at 3:20. It’s 6 pm and not yet seen. Very disappointing experience. After a three hour wait we were informed at that point they had no flu test available. Would’ve been nice to know that at the beginning of the visit we probably would’ve gone elsewhere.
Iam old school the lady in front was no help about some of the sigh in on my phone I been there several times it's a 25 mile one way trip to get there so I drive 50 miles to go to your clinic all my info should have been in your records she was very rude no help at all I had to ask the nurse if I had the pharmacy right she needs to be more helpful I had a sick child I was worried about and I have a autistic little boy so I had my hands full i don't know if I will be back are not everyone else was great
The staff were kind, helpful and took care of my granddaughter. However; the cleanliness and condition of the place was shocking. From the waiting room, to the actual urgent care rooms, were not to the standard of care and cleanliness that is to be expected in a place of healthcare. Paint was peeling, chips in wall. Staff said that they were doing remodel but going through lots of contractors.
