Absolute garbage location. What kind of children’s urgent care doesn’t a changing table in their bathroom? My daughter’s eye was swollen shut and after waiting for over an hour past our appointment time, we then have to go to the hospital for oral antibiotics, which could’ve been prescribed. I’m truly disappointed at the lack of care.
Good staff and clean
I recently took my daughter to Urgent Care for Kids in McKinney, and we had a great experience. Fahd was very patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Bree was incredibly kind and helped make my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit, which made a big difference. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient. We truly appreciated the excellent care and would definitely recommend this clinic to other families.
fast, efficient and super pleasant. great bedside manner. was in and out but never felt rushed. hopefully we don’t need them again but if so…this is where we’ll come!
