Brought my son in to this urgent care for an ear infection. Front desk checked us in immediately and the nurse and physician were very knowledgeable and efficient! Everyone was super helpful!
Got to know only after driving all the way that there were no providers while kid needed urgent care. We could have planned for a different one and saved time when it was urgent. Why would you make us think that everything was fine while booking online? Very bad management.
My first time experience with Urgent Care for Kids was very disappointing. They only had one provider for a Saturday and appointments were scheduled for every 10 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment for 9:20a.m. and waited in the room until 10:35. I wasn't warned when I got there I would be waiting this long past my appointment, but this issue is 100% the owners fault. This is my fourth or fifth time visiting this location, and every single visit has involved an excessive wait time of at least 1.5 to 2.5 hours. It makes no difference whether I have an appointment. We have to wait 30–40 minutes just to be taken to an exam room, followed by another hour or more (if lucky) before seeing a provider. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. We had a 10am appointment and were still waiting at 10:45am. Another family with a 9am appointment had already been waiting over an hour in the exam room and came out to the front desk to cancel her visit and complain. She was told it could be another hour before being seen. Staff said there was only one provider on duty, yet appointments were scheduled every 10 minutes.
