We have used this location a dozen times, and typically we don't wait long at all. I always make an appointment. Typically a nurse will call us back to a room and do vitals. This time it was the receptionist, who took us back and said the nurse would be with us shortly. After 45 mins of waiting I asked how much longer and she said 4 people were ahead of us, and I asked what the Point of an appointment was, she explained that it was just a reservation. Umm ok. Absolutely great visit. Christina was so wonderful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with the overwhelming amount of people that were there. (They were short staffed, were not taking walk ins and their sister office in Round Rock were sending them patients) She made my daughter feel very comfortable while she felt sick. This lady needs a raise! Definitely recommend this place.
We had an appointment at 1:45. Walked out at 2:45 after being put in a room 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. No one came. Not a nurse. No one. We left. I had stuck my head out of the room once after waiting over 30 minutes and the “nurse” said we were next “as soon as I finish what I’m doing.” Well 30 more minutes pass and she still standing around doing whatever she was doing (on her phone mind you) and zero sign we were ever going to get seen.
