They don’t care about your time. They make you wait and argue about how busy they are. Owners don’t give a dam about sick children waiting for hours!!!
Fast, nice and professional. Great place for physicals and sick appointments Editing—- having good experience before, making another appointment. However after making an appointment AND driving there we were informed the wait was 2.5-3 more hours. If there is a delay they should inform people before the take their sick child out and about driving there and back. This 2.5+ hour wait is to get you back to a room. What a joke for it to be saying urgent care when you scheduled an appt and get there on time . Get told wait is 2 hours Then after all that time when u get called then told again theres another 2 hr wait. Fix this management this is unacceptable. Stop playing with peoples sick child and there time. Dont overbook people if you cant get them seen on time. That way people can plan accordingly. If needed they can go to some other place.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2:10 PM, but by 3:40 PM no one had seen us. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was told it would be at least another hour. I was there with my daughter, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was very disappointed and decided to leave and request a refund.
Came with a sick kid and they refused to see us because they decided to close earlier due to the upcoming winter storm. I called the office before coming. Of course there was no information about them closing earlier. Had to look for another place. I understand that everyone is taking precautions with a snow storm coming. But it would be nice to put it on a voice mail for people to be aware of it. Plus maybe to recommend where to go. Not just saying we are closed.
