After making an appt, we waited two hours to be seen. The provider we finally saw (before a nurse even did vitals), spent less than two minutes in our room assessing. The front desk person then came in and did vitals but struggled to operate the thermometer and BP cuff. He did the swabs for testing, and we were never notified of the results. We really appreciate this kids urgent care when we find ourselves with a sick kiddo after hours. They’re thorough and thoughtful, always taking time to explain what’s going around, what they recommend testing for, and next steps for helping keep our kids comfortable while they’re recovering. Wait times this last visit were longer than we normally experience, but that makes sense given the illnesses they said were currently circulating. My kids also love getting a duck and a lollipop after the visit and I love the duck decor.
Despite Google Maps and the clinic's own signage indicating it should be open, I found the door firmly closed when I arrived with my daughter. Avoid this place at all costs.
