Had to take our toddler in while we were in town for our son’s tournament. They were so kind and thorough! She made sure to eliminate any possibility of bad virus/bacteria infections. Despite being out of state they were able to get us in and processed quickly. They didn’t rush us out, but instead made sure to listen to our little guys complaints with empathy. Wish we could see them back home!
Had multiple extremely positive experiences here. No issues with pricing or insurance and everyone is kind and helpful.
Tonight, I took my very sick 13th month old in for the first time. I normally would visit TAUC or the SSM urgent care, but thought hey, this is for kids, I should check it out. From the minute I walked in I had a bad feeling. It was so hot In the building and The woman at the front desk acted like I was inconveniencing her to be there. She handed me a booger infested tablet to do the check in paperwork. We had never been to this urgent care before but I was very impressed and satisfied with their care for my daughter. They took their time and were very gentle. They made sure to answer all my questions and made us feel welcomed! I highly recommend Urgent Care for Kids!
Has one Dr to see everyone that walks in and doesn’t go in order. Terrible service from snarky elderly woman at the desk. 👎🏻 American healthcare
