Today (Sunday), my 1 yr old son was extremely fussy all day. After his second nap, he woke up screaming and crying for about 20 minutes straight, so I decided it was time to take him to urgent care. I arrived at 5:49 p.m. The posted closing time was 6:00 p.m. As I parked, the woman working the front desk saw me pull in. I am extremely disappointed in how we were treated. I’ve gone here a few times with my kids if the doctors office is closed and we need to get in asap and have never been treated great, but this last time was awful. If I could give zero stars I would.
I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at this clinic! I’ve been numerous times and just recently moved and every trip has been exceptional, everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and providers! Amazing. Everyone is so kind and caring and patient. Plus I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen which is unheard of for an urgent care. We were there for almost a Hour and a half Just To see a doctor, we came in around 6:40 and left around 9:30
