Every time I go here, the wait is short and everything is clean. The doctors and nurse practitioners are great. I had an issue with insurance and Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond attempting to help me get the visit covered.
Seriously the friendliest staff. Friendlier than our primary pediatrician and I cannot be more thankful for the kindness and care the staff always provides to us. Chip and Amanda and plenty of the nurses on staff have treated our 1-year old several times over the last year and I have no hesitations to bring her in. I throughly recommend this establishment to anyone with a young child needing urgent care.
First Desk was short and rude when speaking about the pharmacy and get the correct information. However the rest of the staff were excellent didnt wait long at all.
We’ve always had good experiences with the medical team here. We’ve taken our daughter 3 times now. Every time it has been a different nurse and doctor but everyone has been great! So far, my concerns have always been taken seriously and doctors were thorough with explanations and treatment plans. There’s always a bit of a wait time but should be expected at a children’s UC. Usually about 45-60 mins. Nothing too bad.
