The visit was good. Front desk, the Medical Assistant even the provider, Ms. Emily, they all were really nice. I do have to say it deters me when a Provider gives a diagnosis as “just allergies”. Unfortunately, pediatric providers don’t experience the struggle a child has in the middle of the night. While I respect Ms. Emily I believe she is intelligent and very astute, I just expected more than it’s just allergies, try switching up his allergy medication. I scheduled an appointment for a sports physical. I was not made aware until my arrival that there was no physician on site and would have to come back to get the form. This is super inconvenient, sorts physicals should only be scheduled when they can be fully completed and not require an additional trip to pick up the form. Update Going from 3 stars to 1. We reserved a walk in time of 4:00… which I totally understand isn’t an actual appointment…but we got there at 3:45 and waited an hour for the doctor to look at the large infected bite on my sons leg for maybe a minute and send us on our way. Luckily we have a wonderful school nurse at my son’s school that took more patience and care and gave us better advice than the doctor.
This place is amazing!!!! Short wait times and great staff. Today we were in and out in about an hour and they even had our prescription in stock so we didn’t even have to make a trip to the pharmacy.
