The staff is always so kind and good with us! I’ve never had a bad experience here, I think the longest I’ve ever waited was an hour on a busy day.
Despite the two hour wait past our appt time, the office was very professional, clean and nurturing towards our patient being seen. Under the current circumstances of a pandemic, a tight schedule and delay in being seen is not unreasonable to expect in an urgent care setting. Our only suggestion is for the front desk to be transparent upon arrival so that you are aware that you appt time will not be kept and the wait cannot be measured it estimated.
