Why does this place still exist if it doesn't even help people who are having a mental health crisis? I took a family member here and they turned us away saying this place is just for people to pick up meds. We called the next day to another Ramsey County mental health clinic and they told us to come back to this place. After we explained how we were turned away, they said this shouldn't have happened. We went back a few days later and they finally took my family member in and did an evaluation on him. Please do better at tr... read more
This place is a great place to have and to go to apparently .I never been but the staff today were great allowed me to vent and offered solutions and allowed me to pinpoint my area of need and streamlined it all so eloquently, style and grace with a expeditiously pace .. This allows us to remain fully present and effective for every individual we assist.
Begged for help but told because I was discharged there was nothing they could do to help me and I couldn't go back on service even though I was still in crisis.
There’s nothing more hopeless or depressing then being turned away while in an immediate crisis despite begging for help. As long as the system continues to fail those who need help there will always be a mental health crisis in America. Do better.
The people there dont care about us. Go somewhere else for your mental health.
