This place needs to get it together. I made an 11:45 appointment online. I arrived at 11:20. Three people was before me. A lady walks in at 12:15 her appointment was scheduled for 10:30, so basically she’s 2 hours late and they call her before me. She arrived late she should’ve waited for everyone else to be called.

I went to this place on 12/16/2024 when I arrived at 4pm their was a sign that read out to lunch will return at 4:30pm the receptionist/MA actually returned at 5:15pm when I went to the back my temp nor BP was taken after letting them know I had symptoms of fever fatigue body aches headache I was supposed to get three swabs the MA only took 2 and after each swab she carried the stick from one room to the other I feel worse today than I did yesterday but covid/flu came back negative. I went here two days ago and had a culture done, i have yet to hear back from anyone about the results from the culture. When i was there they said they it should take 24hrs maybe 48hr… here i am 48hrs later calling and calling leaving voicemails and not one person has answered or called me back. They put me on meds but have yet to confirm if i should continue taking them. How is this ok? Update- I got thru to someone after calling 5 times, just to be put on hold and transferred.
