If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in at 5:20pm to have my child seen and for starters there was no receptionist in the front. I waited for about 5 mins until she came around the corner. Then I was turned away, stated they were not seeing any more patients but they close at 6 and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Don’t advertise rapid care and walk ins if you’re not going to follow it.
The receptionist, MA and PA Nneka were empathetic with my situation. The URINE SAMPLE WASNT MARKED WITH MY NAME OR ANYTHING. I THINK THEY SHOULD FOR THE PT PEACE OF MIND . I was told I’d be receiving a call by the end of the day. I never did. I called them everyday for 4 days and the receptionist kept telling me the provider will review the labs and call me back they wouldn’t call back until I missed a call of them.
