Everything was very upfront and easy. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable answering any questions I had. The doctor was especially though, quick, friendly, and more than answered my issue. I have used this office a couple times now over the past 2 years and will continue to use it for all my urgent medical needs. Thank you for being such a kind, friendly office.

I'll start by saying I have no issue with the doctors here. The staff on the other hand are absolutely incompetent and I WILL NOT be taking my family here any longer. I've had several issues with them not calling in scripts that they said they would call in immediately. Now my 6 year old daughter is in pain and we cant get her medicine because they couldn't bother to make a phone call before they closed. Went in for a DOT physical. Dr. Payne did a thorough exam and got me on my way. Was a good experience and will go back next time my exam is due. Highly recommend them if you are in the area and need a DOT physical.
He managed to mow over yellow jackets & they weren't happy! Multiple stings & then the throat started closing on the way to the facility. Jennifer & Sherrie got him in immediately & took the most excellent care of him; everyone was super helpful & caring. And the facility itself was top notch. Thanx everyone!
