After being turned away from another Urgent Care clinic because they closed within an hour, I came here for treatment of an animal bite. They were courteous, prompt, warm, and upfront about costs. I was checked in, seen by a doctor, given a tetanus shot, and even offered a coupon to use when I picked up my prescription, all in under 25 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am so thankful to the staff here for taking great care of me and checking up on me the following day

I had a terrible splinter that was really deep in my arm removed. I was afraid I'd have to go to the emergency room because the splinter was so deep, but they listened to me and were able to find the end of the splinter and make a small incision to get it out. Shemika was very compassionate and competent, and I'm so glad this splinter was removed.
I would suggest this clinic only for simple situations with relatively little follow up in the form of prescriptions or referrals. The hours in reality are similar to what is published, but the details of what hours apply what time should be confirmed by phone before you visit this clinic.
I want to thank Urgent Care Eleven for coming out today to Grace King High to assist our athletic department with physicals on today. We are forever grateful for you all!!!
Was coming down with flu-symptoms right before leaving town for the weekend... Made an online appointment, was in and out quickly and got the meds I needed to survive the weekend!
