I am completely empathetic to the fact that we’re all tired at the end of our workday, but this was ridiculous. Came in around six, wasn’t seen until almost 8:30 to meet an MA who used the F word and essentially told me my extreme anxiety attack ( which had lasted four days ) was no biggie and prescribed me another medication. Much thanks to the staff at the front desk, the woman who helped me was extremely sweet and kind.
Amazing staff and doctors and very clean facility. Was a quick in and out compared to other urgent cares and ER. Will be definitely coming back if needed and sending my family and friends!
I’ll have to sew up my own bloody toe next time! $3500. Just to step into the hospital and another $1400 to have a dr’s assistant do the stitches. So unfortunate when you are taken advantage of in time of need!!
Amazing service. They took such good care of me, and were so compassionate. I can't thank them enough.
went on a Wed evening.. urgent care nurse pediatrician was rude… talked to me like a child when she didnt like my judgment or something I said. go to people in a nicer area who might understand professionalism/ ethics better or stick to your people’. belitting or judging is a hell of a drug. ALSO if u believe in holistic drs stick to holistic opinions
