Terrible. Had an appointment I checked into early due to leaving work early. Waited an hour and a half while 5 people that walked in after me were seen before me. This place sucks
Garbage, came all the way down because they said they had availability, wasted my time, they don't care at all, corporate slobs.
Front desk was polite quick and thorough. waited about 20 minutes to get called to a room. again owrson taling information was polite and prompt. Now I am waiting for a doc. waiting 45 minutes in the room
Wonderful experience!! Just took a family member to urgent care as a walk-in for a laceration repair. We were seen right away,, the staff was very friendly, patient and very helpful. The provider very knowledgeable and efficient. And we were able to schedule a follow-up within a week! Highly recommend. Was pondering writing a review because selfishly wanted to keep the secret, but that’s not fair to the rest of the town. two thumbs up (for those that know that reference…)
I’ve been there twice seen the same doctor. She is amazing, straightforward empathetic, and helpful. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of me on emergency basis. I appreciate you.
