Worst customer service. All you get when you call it a longer than necessary covid 19 message then it finally gives you the option to press 1 or 2 and both tell you this voice box isn't taking messages, goodbye. Wouldn't recommend to anyone for any reason.
Great experience! Everyone really friendly. Asked me plenty of questions and gave me the opportunity to ask as many as I wanted in order to give me the best care. Didn’t feel rushed and the pharmacist across the hall had my prescription ready for me within 15 minutes of leaving the urgent care.
