Received AWFUL care!!!!! Got called a name by one of the so called nurses named “Becky” As well as got talked down too because I asked a question! No one takes professionalism seriously anymore. I’m not the one to complain but the “care” received was very unprofessional and I’m in great disbelief!

We registered for a time a slot online so we could “avoid the wait” as they say. We arrived, and they kept pulling walk in patients before us. We had to wait an hour to get into a room and another 30 min to see the doctor. In this day of Covid, you’d think we could come up with a better system. I thought the online would reduce our time spent there, but clearly that system is flawed.
Went for testing & they never even sent my stuff into the lab to get results. Then tried telling me I could come back in for more testing or follow up with the other clinic WHO TESTED ME FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Would not recommend.

took my mom here today. they were nice. and my mom was hesitate to go but she met Jessica who took care of her . and my mom said I like her. thanks for listening and taking care of my mom

We had a great experience here! Short wait time, everyone went out of their way to make my 4 year old less nervous, everything was explained clearly, staff was super patient with 4 year old’s 101 questions, and the nurse went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable trip home. Hopefully we won’t need to return, but I will definitely recommend this facility.

Everyone with whom I interacted was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was seen quickly, facility was clean, staff was professional. They even said "Thank you for coming" when I left. I definitely recommend this clinic.
Staff was very friendly & we were happy about how fast they were. we got checked in, seen & out of there within 15-20 minutes!
