The staff at the Old Town Alexandria location are great and I really like my current doctor and I am verty satisfied with the treatment I receive. The only downside, in my opinion, is the scheduling set up. I am guessing it is located in India since everyone I have communicated with has a "heavy" Indian accent and are very hard to understand. Also, there is a bit of overkill with appt reminders coming both via email and text.
Celina and Allison were great, they got me checked in and checked out quick. Sarah was great and Anna was wonderful and knowledgeable and made sure to follow up with me.
