Amazing staff. Excellent customer service!
I’ve been a patient at Nova for quite some time, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences. While I do wish the practice had Black male physicians, the providers I’ve seen have always been knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. Compared to some of my experiences at other medical offices, the wait times here are minimal, appointments are well-managed, and the front office staff is professional and courteous. I was seen immediately and the nursing staff were very nice. A few minutes later the dr came in, asked questions, examined me, and made a diagnosis. Meds were sent to pharmacy. I began to feel much better!!
