I injured my knee and had to go to urgent care.They asked if I needed any pain medication and I told them yes. They said they could give me one pill there in the office and send prescription to my pharmacy. But when they brought it out, they said to me, “here’s the goods” Like I was a drug addict. That is disgusting.They should not treat patients like drug addicts. I was in pain.

A member in the family was having a medical issue, we took them to urgent care and the provider was Virginia. Virginia didn’t even knock on the door, just came in, said the patients name, said her name, didn’t say her title or anything. She sounded VERY condescending and seemed annoyed that we were even there. It’s not hard to knock on a door before entering (which they’re required to do), be kind, be compassionate, and act like we are important. Never ever going back. Gunderson or Mayo will be worth the drive.
Depending on how busy they're you could wait 20 min to 45 min it's not your Dr so you may have to wait even longer not a place I want to go to emergency room can be a much easier way to get seen
