Professional, competent, and friendly.
A member in the family was having a medical issue, we took them to urgent care and the provider was Virginia. Virginia didn’t even knock on the door, just came in, said the patients name, said her name, didn’t say her title or anything. She sounded VERY condescending and seemed annoyed that we were even there. It’s not hard to knock on a door before entering (which they’re required to do), be kind, be compassionate, and act like we are important. Never ever going back. Gunderson or Mayo will be worth the drive.
Depending on how busy they're you could wait 20 min to 45 min it's not your Dr so you may have to wait even longer not a place I want to go to emergency room can be a much easier way to get seen
