Mary ( if I recall exactly) at Triage 3 on 14 July 25 is so caring and compassionate. I could feel her true care; it’s lucky for those who have met her at this place. The service has improved since my last visit . Thank you Mary I hope this comes to management so the attitude can be shared to everyone. Thank you

The worst experience in my life. 8 hours waiting till 5am (18 people in line), while I was bleeding with severe pain. They always said I’m next, but every time they called other people that were after me in line and they just were coughing. And after 8 hours indifferent doctor said in one minute that I already knew what happened to me, and didn’t give any prescription, medication or even results of my blood. Went in for a prescription for antibiotics for a cracked took that hit the tooth nerves, can not see my dentist till next week, this so called head nurse took 5 mins to finally find the missing chunk of my tooth, told her the pain is hurtful, she kept saying the gums are not infected, this just happened! I need a prescription for the antibiotics so the pain meds will work!!! I will never see that female person again!! Will also recommend that to everyone I know!!
