Was in early this morning for an xray, xray opened at 8, was seen just after and back in the car by 8:30, lovely staff, very quick and efficient, thank you.

After my partner had server pain in his knee we ended up here tonight.. fairly quickly seen and by a fella who was… I can only describe as generally lovely fella I didnt get his name … he helped where he could and was in good spirit even tho he was at the end of his long shift .. thank you to the guy with the dark blue uniform tonight in urgent care Hartlepool we didn’t get to the bottom of the problem but u sure helped with ya character 🤣

Hello could I please thank everyone at the Hartlepool urgent care who dealt with my badly cut right hand last Friday. I can't thank them enough for their very professional care in dealing with the nasty cuts to the back of my hand. Once again thank you. Regards John.

Refused to treat me and chose to let me nearly die of sepsis pneumonia and an empyema. Was requesting clarythromicin an antibiotic but was accused or trying to get "drugs" .. their refusal led to a 12 week stay in hospital and 16 weeks off work.. later lied in order to avoid accountability.. best to go to james cook if that is at all an option as hartlepool and north tees are atrocious.
