When you arrive, they take your vitals while you are standing in line!!! They never clean the chairs that they sit you on. Person-after-Person sits on those chairs, and no one cleans them after usage unless you ask. The wait time is extremely long, so most people leave after the initial intake. Yes, it's the ER area in a hospital. but I believe that they need more help. Some of the employees (nurses) lie to you when you ask a question.
