My little buddy recently had to visit because he decided that a spool of thread with a sewing needle in it looked like a fun toy to play with. The staff was amazing and so quick getting his new tongue piercing out. So grateful this place exists! Thank you all so much!
I brought my dog here cause the Emergency Vet had not opened yet. I am a million times grateful I brought him here first (we were eventually referred to the Emergency Vet once they opened, and they were equally amazing). I was so scared and stressed because my lil boy was having bloody diarrhea and throwing up. They quickly checked us in, ran blood work, and had a diagnosis FAST! This urgent care facility for veterinarian support has professional and friendly doctors and staff. It provides an excellent service for your pets. I strongly recommend it when you have this special need for your pet.
I simply cannot give 3 starts due to the business side of it. For the medical side, I have had no issues except once they could not help our pet. (really not at fault of the medical staff. It was complicated) For the business side of it, WATCH your accounts especially if you use care credit. They told us different when we checked out and did not notice they did not do what they said. Its been a back and forth for MONTHS.
