This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Montefiore in the area. In my experience, many staff members seemed unhelpful and often appeared too busy to assist patients. I remember the service being much better before the COVID-19 pandemic. Management may want to take a closer look at customer service and staff responsiveness. A much better alternative than going to the ER for lesser than emergency care. In and out within the hour instead of hours waiting for them to call you the first time.
The place is great, most of the staff is great also, some must remember they're in health care and when some people come in they're not at their best and a simple smile can work magic 😊
