I want to this urgent care because I had a respiratory issue which I usually get when I get sick. I told the doctor when I have this issue I usually get prednisone to help fix the issue. When I told him this, he told me that doctors don’t sue this method anymore for my symptoms and sent me home with a pump of albuterol. It was a waste of time because two days later I wound up in the emergency room for the same issue. They gave me the prednisone without me even have to explain by just looking into my chart. I am unsatisfied with the care I received for my 13 year old here. After waiting for 5 hours at a cramped waiting room, the doctor only saw us for 2 minutes and then told us to leave the exam because they need it for other patients. The doctor was in a rush and it always feels like this place is understaffed. The doctor did not provide medication nor a thorough check-up of the patient
