I have soft corner of montefiore . Yesterday i visited urgent care for my son , i am surprised how they get the job montefiore with this behavior? Because all nurses and doctor as well was rude. They don’t have any happiness, how people feel good there. They need updates doctors and nurses behavior. They should know how to handle sick patients. They was really really rude. The staff was very professional. The process to seek help for my medical concern was easy. Dr. Abrham was very inattentive and showed empathy. I'm a Marine veteran, and their service was more complete than the Veterans hospital in the Bronx.
I tried to get in contact with someone to find out my copay, as I needed medical information (vitals) updated. The women on the first decided to be extremely rude, "Oh, we don't do that here," so I replied, "I don't need you guys to sign anything, I just need to be seen and have the documents printed." She did not even reply. She sat there and said, "Hold on," didn't explain anything to me, and transferred me WITHOUT informing me.
