Was in and out and staff was friendly
It is literally so sad to me today. How horrible customer service is like the people behind the desk are not friendly anymore ever it’s like they are pissed off that you were there. They’re never welcoming. They always have attitudes what is happened like what is wrong with society, I do not understand. I did not even wanna wait in this establishment because of this. Truly disgusting
Been sick two months - went to this urgent care several times. It ended up getting to the point I felt like i was dying. Gave them one last chance as they could never find out what is wrong with me. They kept giving me an inhaler and anti nausea pills. Went to sanford 2 days later and they found I have pneumonia a lot of infection. I am now being treated thanks to the doctors at Sanford. Do not recommend going here.
Idk why there is reception desks for the family doctor’s center they never have someone monitoring the phones so good luck getting someone on the phone I can call 5 times and be put on hold and then straight voicemail.
