To make a long story short. I went in for a muscle in my leg that was causing me a 9/10 pain. I don't normally go into urgent care unless it is something that is causing me a lot of issue. The doctor was very hard to understand because he was talking so fast, clearly wanting to be as quick as he can, which is understandable. Did the whole 'save your time' thing. Went to waiting area #1 for 35 minutes. Called back to the 2nd waiting time in the actual Dr. office...was in there for an ENTIRE HOUR before the nurse practitioner came and seen him. She left and a LPN came in 20 min after that to finally swab him for strep. Ridiculous. To top that off, the results take an hour to get- However I did not get them for 3 hrs. and the pharmacy as long closed by then. Strange health care here in Sioux Falls. I had been struggling with some upper respiratory issues for awhile and had been seen by another provider a week prior with the same symptoms that were worse now. Dr. Greene was awesome spent ample time time with me explaining things, even though I came to urgent care at 8:50 pm shortly before they closed.
