They took 45 mins to verify my insurance only to tell me it’s not in network and only for my insurance to say it is. Then they told me to go across the street to Northwestern urgent care. Which I did and literally the experience was totally different. Worst front desk and calling is also a bad idea. Take their advice and go somewhere else.
They will not see you unless you’re exactly on time. 10 minutes late? You’re turned away. This type of service is not patient-centered.
Dr. Alfred Martin is a phenomenal Primary Care Doctor & service provider. Even more he is a great persin to interact with. He is very thorough, thoughtful and understanding of his patients. The front desk and lab staff were wonderful as well. Thanks UofC Medicine!
take the poor reviews at face value and do not give them to benefit of the doubt like i did! instead, go over to Northwestern Urgent Care that's a 5 minute walk away. i walked in at 2:45 PM and was checked in by a really sweet woman at the front desk, insurance recorded and accepted, and in the waiting room 5 minutes later. nurse practitioner had me in a room and swabbed for flu and Covid by 2:57 PM. i'm currently sitting in a room waiting for my results and it's only 3:13 PM. my full review is below, it's unfortunately a no... read more
