The urgent care need retraining back in January i brought my son in to see about a spain ankle and the front desk person pull up all my insurance information... then proceed to say my insurance is invalid although we were just there in November and my insurance was fine ... drove all they home to retrieve my new insurance information for the front desk clerk to continue to lie about this insurance card... now im frustrated and miss because my child is in plain now i see on My chart we are check in but still unable to see the... read more
I arrived here at 7:10pm on Feb 6 and while registering the security guard came out and went back to the back and said the doctor said we are done. I asked the registration person to explain to Dr that I was registering and if she could see me. She came out and said the doctor said no we are at capacity. Remind you they close at 8pm and the lady told me they take last person at 745pm so im ALOT OF CONFUSED. I didnt get the doctor name but it was a lady. I've been to this location a few times with Dr. Debra Baines and Dr. Stern my experience with them has always been great! Excellent doctors! All my care has always been and will always be with University of Chicago doctors! My primary care doctor (Mindy A Schwartz) is the best doctor and I stay on top of my yearly check ups however when I need urgent care I come to this location. Now the front desk staff is horrible!
Was just told we had 2 hour wait, no one in lobbywas waiting, 2 cars on lot and receptionist could care less. Will not go back.
