In desperation, I returned to urgent care for the third time due to extreme sciatic pain. The first time, they told me it was a ligament injury, but the medication didn’t help at all. Later, my provider confirmed it was sciatica and prescribed medicine that only reduced my pain by about 20%., She forgot about the referral for a physical therapy she told me I needed. I was a walk in patient to Urgent Care because I've recently moved from California and have not had luck finding a Primary Care physician. I have been having severe pain and intense swelling in my lymph nodes at the sides of my neck, and with no care team in state, I chose Urgent Care. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to be seen by PA Michael Hughes. Kind and generous staff from check in to check out. Ian Feros bedside manners were incredible. He makes you feel heard and content before getting you outta there. Thank you for the treatment today.

These employees are the worst. Zero acknowledgement when entering. Zero effort info helping with basic information. They don't care about patients and the care they require. I'd rather die than get served from people who could care less.
