I am sorry to leave a bad review for the entire urgent care because up until today ive always had excellent care here. I was seen by Dr. Morgan Garvin for a very painful, swollen eye and recieved awful care. She did not wash her hands when she entered the room, touched my eye without gloves, and proceeded to again not wash her hands. I am concerned that meeting with this doctor could leave my eye in worse condition than if I had stayed home due to her lack of regard for sanitation. My daughter was seen on 2/18/2026 for a severe allergic reaction from hair dye where her neck, face, scalp and ears were swollen, red, and itchy. My daughter’s throat started feeling funny like it was swelling while being seen which can happen later with hair dye. The nurse examined her throat and said she didn’t see swelling and told my daughter she didn’t believe that was happening because the dye was applied 13 hours before. Just inept at giving realistic wait times. Expect to be there for a long time.
I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this urgent care. I called in advance to assure that I would have only female providers only, due to PTSD caused from being sexually assaulted by a local hernia surgeon. I was told that there was a female nurse & physician available. Upon my arrival, at check in, I informed the female registrar that I was female providers only. Brett J White the PA is very helpful and kind, as well as nurse Katherine (I didn't catch her last name). Brett listened so well and gave me what I needed and got shit done! There was such a gentleness in his voice and kindness in his eyes. I hope his supervisors see this
