First time here and had a good experience. Had a mild ear infection. Went on a Sat around 4PM with appointment. Was immediately seen and out by 4:25
This review has nothing to do with medical care. This is regarding Front desk staff I was looking for urgent cares and picked NYU. Online scheduling has time slots but it also says walk in. I called and asked and was told it’s purely walk in. After coming in person I was then the time slots are full except for one that’s 2 hours later. I simply asked clarification why the information given to me on the phone was different and the receptionist has a terrible attitude. His tone and demeanor were disrespectful.
