Had an 11am appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:15 even though “we honor appointments first”. Saw the doctor for about 5 minutes before he told me to see my usual doctor.
Urgent Care visit - Dr. Leopold & Yesenia were great. Super attentive, comfortable environment. Check in process was well-organized.
After being instructed on the phone by NYU Langone Urgent Care at 111 Bway to come in as an emergency with profound urgent symptoms, including bleeding, Linda informed me my Humana Medicare and Medicaid dual coverage was not accepted and "you will have to go elsewhere." Made an appt and was in & out during my lunch break. Everyone was friendly! :)
Just got here at 3:30pm on a Sunday. Hours of operation on google state open until 6pm. Turns out they closed at 1pm. Keeping a current schedule on google maps should carry more importance for such a critical service. This has significant consequences for me today I could have avoided had I known.
