After being advised by the Trinity location that they had reached capacity for walk-in patients, I was directed to the Midtown West location because it was open until 8:00 PM. I traveled there only to be told that they had also reached capacity—at approximately 5:45 PM. This was extremely frustrating, especially when seeking care while feeling ill. Unbelievably great. In NYC on vacation and had second and third thoughts about coming here due to the rating but chose to come anyway for the Langone name. I received incredible, personable and professional care from the doctor and RN. This is the only urgent care I’ve ever been to where they followed up with me a week later and 2 weeks later to ensure I was feeling better. They ordered the necessary tests for me and the results came in over the next 36 hours in the app. Highly recommend this urgent care.

Great experience at Urgent Care. Very fast and efficient, everyone was very nice and helpful. I saw Elizabeth Bailey, PA, she was awesome. SO kind, really listened to all my concerns and very thorough. I did not feel at all rushed by her, she was very patient with me and the things I was worried about. I was much more at ease after seeing her and felt very confident in her assessment and treatments. Very, very pleased overall!
