I received excellent customer service here from the receptionist as well as the RN who came in and did my initial assessment. She was very thorough; very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond. I wish I could say the same for the physician who saw me afterwards. The female physician who saw me afterwards had a very poor bedside manner; came into the private room I was designated to without proper PPE despite my being there and being tested for covid, she asked me why I had not yet received the ... read more
Don't know why people are raising so low. I went for something urgent and they were very kind and caring and helpful
Front desk staff could be nicer, but masks (went during COVID) make it hard to see facial expressions.... Intake was like 10 minutes. Sat in the office for hours waiting between nurse, doctor, x-ray, results, Dr again. But the Dr (Johnson) was very nice and the nurse was great! Very cheerful, considerate and engaging. Made me feel seen and cared for.
I do not know why I continue to make appointments out here and not just driving the hour to Syracuse. My gastro set up an appointment for an ultrasound over a week ago, I was standing right there with the woman when she made it, wrote it out on the paper, gave me the information and when I get there today for my fasting Ultrsound, cayuga medical center claims "they sent in the form but no one scheduled a visit" Which is a whole bunch of BS as i stood there when she made it.
