Don't know why people are raising so low. I went for something urgent and they were very kind and caring and helpful
I received excellent customer service here from the receptionist as well as the RN who came in and did my initial assessment. She was very thorough; very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond. I wish I could say the same for the physician who saw me afterwards. The female physician who saw me afterwards had a very poor bedside manner; came into the private room I was designated to without proper PPE despite my being there and being tested for covid, she asked me why I had not yet received the ... read more
Was told at desk it would b sooner than the expected 2 hrs. Sat I’m waiting room for an hour then the exam room for hr and a half with no dr... place is a joke. Front desk clearly lacks communication skills.
