I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent urgent care visit. I had scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the front desk staff could not locate it. Although I was able to check in earlier than expected, I was informed only after paying my insurance copay that there would be a two-hour wait to be seen. Horrible to patients, terrible staff laughing and talking about patients after they walk out the door in front of a whole waiting room. Unprofessional, uncomfortable and disgusting. People in here are in pain and do not care that you hate your job and are unwilling or too uneducated to help the patients that walk in. Overall irritating experience. The staff all are nice; however, my issue is with overall care. I came in with my 5yr old son because he fell a few days prior and was still complaining of foot pain. They gave him an xray, told us it was just badly bruised, wrapped it and sent us on our way with our after summary report. That was it. Nobody called me the following day to tell me there was an update to the xray, showing fractures. The urgent care need retraining back in January i brought my son in to see about a spain ankle and the front desk person pull up all my insurance information... then proceed to say my insurance is invalid although we were just there in November and my insurance was fine ... drove all they home to retrieve my new insurance information for the front desk clerk to continue to lie about this insurance card... now im frustrated and miss because my child is in plain now i see on My chart we are check in but still unable to see the... read more
