I had a great experience! Erica Cane was personable, caring, professional, and very thorough. The receptionist explained the process and was thorough and friendly. Although the waiting room was kind of full, we didn't wait too long. I was there about an hour and a half. I would not hesitate to have them treat me again if necessary.
I arrived at this site and was advised there was a 2 hour wait, no problem. The front desk lady has ZERO customer service skills. She asked if I would like my card on file charged for this visit, I confirmed by saying yes. We sit there for a minute then she asks if the screen on the payment device says press F1. I check and respond no. She looks at her screen then looks at the device and says "It say insert your card"....well that is not what you asked and why am I inserting my card when you used the card on file via your sc... read more
I went in today to request a check up, the lady at front desk turned me away saying “they don’t do physicals “
All i can say is: AWFUL
Where: Homewood location- On 8/14/2025, I arrived for my appointment and was told I could not be seen and would need to go to another location. The doctor informed me of this from the back of the office, which felt very impersonal. Despite not being seen, I was still charged a $50 copay. When I requested a refund, the front desk staff stated they did not know how to process it.
