My experience at Methodist Urgent Care was hands down the worst medical experience I have ever had. I went in because my nose was extremely itchy and painful and I was concerned it could be impetigo. The doctor barely examined me — it was a rushed, careless glance that lasted only seconds. There was no thorough assessment, no real questions, and no effort to actually listen. They bill as a doctor visit instead of an urgent care visit which is very misleading! Always has rude staff at the front and along with the doctors. Never want to prescribe anything even when showing prominent symptoms and never actually seem to care about what’s going on. In general just an awful place and all of the negative reviews have the same comment by the owners so more than likely they are doing nothing to fix their business. DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been several times and each time they push you through with minimal to no exam. I am pregnant and went a couple days ago for an illness I’ve had for like three weeks at the recommendation of my OB who said they should do tests to find out what I have. They do not test me for anything, not the flu or Covid or anything else, they came in for 2 seconds and prescribed me an antibiotic which if I have Covid or the flu an antibiotic will be ineffective and potentially more harmful. ... read more
