Got to a room fairly quickly but sat there for 45 min before being seen
My experience was great....nikki at the front desk was super nice and efficient... Tom listened to me and I got great care.... overall excellent experience
Everyone that goes here needs to really read and double check their meds. My daughter was given double what she needs to take for an ear infection because they used the child’s chart to find dosage then was given the adult meds. When I called they explained how children’s dosage is found and how adults dosage is found and confirmed that they gave her the adult meds and also confirmed that if I had went in for the same thing I wouldn’t have to take as much cause the adult chart for dosage is different ( I weigh 3 lbs more tha... read more
I came in, got timely care, and was x-rayed and diagnosed with a broken foot and booted in a quick time. The staff was kind and understanding. They did say they charge as a doc appt, so it is good to be aware of that when going, but they did point out that they get college students so they are able to service many insurance companies.
