I wouldn't recommend on anyone going here. I was there yesterday for discomfort pain the dr was rude and bad bedside matter.. next time I'll drive to Omaha or wait for week day when the clinic is open.
Everyone was very rude highly recommend not going to this urgent care.
I don't typically leave reviews on hospital or Healthcare staff but today's encounter with this urgent care was absolutely ridiculous. the front counter lady was rude. Took my child in for hurting his ankle/foot. I asked them to cut off the sock but instead they pulled it off. Then I was told that it was just a sprain. But went to an ortho doc a few days after and was told it was actually broken. This isn't the first time this has happened. Being told it's a sprain and/or nothing serious and finding out later that it was actually broken.
