As tourists, we had a very disappointing experience. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, and the doctor immediately recommended antibiotics without first discussing simpler alternatives. Only after we asked did she mention trying an antibacterial cream and seeing if it resolved on its own. The billing process was also very confusing for international patients. I have received exceptional care by Whitney and Lillian both of whom deserve an award for a DAISY. My reasons being is they are willing to go the extra step to ensuring I am able to get back to work and being functional again.
NP Lily Bruner denied diagnostics to a pediatric patient after being provided medical cause and concern for requesting lab draws- based solely on personal biases. Can't recommend going here for care when some of their providers simply don't care.
