I visited the facility in January. I got a bill in the mail and paid it. I keep getting bills in the mail seeking payment. I tried calling their billing center to get this resolved and was told to email proof of payment. I sent the email and received no confirmation back. I just got another bill in the mail today. I am so frustrated with this company. I will never use this facility again because it's not worth the headache.

Patience goes a long way. Understandable it's busy but arguing with a patient on how they feel is what is wrong with this world. My symptoms are not imaginary.

Had a serious fall down an embankment at 75 years of age. Hit my head, hurt my back, and tore most of the skin off of my left forearm. To save myself the drive down to Poway I stopped in and was told they would take care of me, there were only 2 people ahead of me. After 2 hours of watching 3 people walking in and being taken back before me, I was finally called and told that there were still 2 people ahead of me and that the Doctor said that I should come back tomorrow. I want to Palomar Urgent Care two weeks ago for a sprained ankle. Everyone was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and so helpful. It was morning opening time and, although the waiting room had a number of people, my wait was not long at all. Wonderful all around!
