October 25th and its cold out so my nose was running when i walked in. I walked up to the window and the secretary guy demanded i put on a mask cause i was blowing my nose, straight up demanded i put it on, its 2025, are you serious?
The woman responsible for physicals straight-up lied to my face to avoid seeing me. Instead of doing her job, she recommended I see my primary care physician. I told here over and over and over again that I didn't have insurance. She lied to reassure me that it would be free for my yearly physical with my primary care physician. I'm now being charged over $200 for something that would've cost me $35 there. I've reached out and tried to make a formal complaint, but no one has returned my message. Be aware there is no doctor on site here either. These people are making easy money here. Sure, I get it, but it's a health thing people go there for medical attention and sometimes it's URGENT
Very through and thoughtful, gave me the treatment needed and an antibiotic. Great staff. Highly recommended
Service was good for me being a walk in. The front desk could have been little nicer.
